December 11-13: Handstands with andrey moraru and dr. robert adams

We are excited to host Andrey Moraru and Dr. Robert Adams from The Handstand School for a weekend of handstand workshops on December 11-13. Andrey and Robert will teach beginner workshops on Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 12 pm that will help you learn the fundamentals and build a solid foundation to work towards holding a freestanding handstand. Then each afternoon from 1:30 pm to 4 pm they will lead intermediate workshops that also include advanced shapes, presses, and one-arm handstand drills. View the links below for more details!
