Class Schedule

Foundations

Foundations is a full-body strength and flexibility workout based on movements commonly seen in gymnastics, calisthenics, strength training, and other related disciplines. This class is meticulously planned and organized in order to gradually progress from the most basic exercises to more complex movements safely and effectively.

Core & Flexibility

Core & Flexibility targets the two most biggest deficiencies that most adults have: lack of core strength and mobility. This class is very beginner-friendly, and it also serves as a perfect active recovery workout for more experienced trainees. We start with a thorough full-body warm-up, then progress into a core strength circuit before stretching for the remainder of class.

Prehab

Prehab is a beginner-friendly class specifically designed for the health and longevity of your hips and shoulders. We use bodyweight, bands, and weights to strengthen what is weak and stretch what is tight. This class is a perfect mixture of strength and flexibility work to help correct the imbalances many people have from years of sedentary living, improper training, and desk work.

Rings

Rings is a beginner/intermediate class geared towards helping you feel more comfortable on the rings. We help build your ring strength in 360 degrees, working on shoulder mobility, core strength, and body awareness along the way. Pre-requisites for this class include being able to complete a pull-up and a dip on the rings.

Open Gym

Open Gym is available to members who are enrolled in Personal Training or Group Classes. During Open Gym hours, members will be able to use the space for their own training in a safe, responsible, and respectful manner. Note that Personal Training sessions and Group Classes will always take priority over Open Gym members in terms of access to equipment and space.

Handstand

Handstand is a beginner/intermediate class geared towards helping you feel more comfortable upside-down. We help build your handstand from the ground up, working on shoulder mobility, core strength, and body awareness along the way. Pre-requisites for this class include being able to kick up into a handstand against the wall.
